Neurodiversity Workplace Strategy Support: Access to Work-Funded Sessions
Access to Work is a government scheme that can help disabled and neurodivergent people get practical support to start work, stay in work, or manage their role more effectively. Support is based on individual need and may include specialist equipment, assistive technology, coaching, job-related support, or workplace adjustments.
Lancashire Dyslexia Specialists can provide specialist workplace strategy support for adults with dyslexia, ADHD-type difficulties, dyspraxia/DCD-type difficulties, visual stress, literacy difficulties, executive functioning difficulties and related neurodivergent profiles. This support is not a diagnosis, but it can help individuals understand their working style, develop practical strategies and make better use of workplace tools and adjustments.
